Take chilli cookies and poha in a grinding jar and coarsaly grind it.(not to make powder)
Nicely mashed the boiled potato in a deep bowl
Add coarsly grind cookies and poha in it
Now add red chilli,black pepper,roasted cumin powder,chat masala, chopped onion,green chilli and corriender,lemon juice and salt and mix well
Take cornstarch in a bowl,add little amount of water and make slurry of it
Now make optional size cutlets for this mixture and place one cheese stick in every cutlet and cover it nicely from all sides
Dip a cutlet in cornstarch slurry,and coated well with bread crumbs and dip in hot oil to fry till crisp and brown in colour
Now make and fry all cutlets like this
Now Cheese Cutlets with Doosa chilli is ready to serve.Serve hot with chutney and ketchup for more taste
